Reservation terms & conditions

1. Our standard check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out is 11:00 hours.
2. Early check-in is subject to availability of rooms, as is late check-out. If a guest is more than one hour late to check out, a half-day charge is applicable.
3. Confirmation of a booking is subject to 100% payment.
4. A maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in one room, with an extra bed on a chargeable basis.

Child policy

1. Children above 12 years of age will be considered as adults.
2. For children between 5–12 years, 50% of the printed rate will be charged accordingly for food.
3. If an extra bed is opted for a child between 5–12 years, 50% of the printed rate will be charged for the extra bed.
