Plans change. Here’s where we stand.
Our cancellation and retention charges, set out clearly for both individual and group bookings. If plans change close to the date, tell us — we will always do our best to help.
Individual (FIT) bookings

No-show. Retention charges will be applicable if there is a no-show by the guest, for whatsoever reason.
