Superb hotel in Tawang

Wonderful memories

Excellent value for money. A modern hotel with extraordinary staff.
A nice modern spot overseeing the mountains beyond. We were here for three nights from 29th March. Very good staff and a versatile chef and kitchen, prepared to make dishes to the guest requirements. Absolutely charmed by the cuteness, quaint and pretty quality of this place amplified by the amazing team , front office, beverage and the GM . It’s missing a spa and i am told thats in the offing. A must stay hotel for a fabulous experience in a fabulous location.

An excellent boutique experience
Just spent 2marvellous days at this gem of a place in tawang. Right from the warm welcome to our departure every moment spent there made us fee like a cherished member of the timilo family!. The food was excellent and varied from continental to indian to oriental and we got to taste some of the local cuisine as well. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated and had every possible amenity, from room heater, heated blankets to heated bathrooms. These were much appreciated as it snowed while we were there. The little gestures of providing hot water bottles and a bottle of hot drinking water in the night were an extra small way of making us feel special as was the home made chocolates and fresh cookies provided every day On the first day we were there we mentioned that we would like to visit the tawang monestary which is close by and Sonam volunteered to take us there. She gave us a lot of information about local traditions of the people of tawang and also about the monestary. After the visit, the staff of timilo organized a high tea sundowner for us on the slopes outside the monestary. We spent such a wonderful time at timilo boutique that we were sure that we will be back again soon. The attention to detail to make their guest comfortable and the warm hospitality of every single staff ensure that one can find no fault in their service. Delightful experience! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every moment at Timilo was exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and genuine hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine (yes veg Monapa), ambience (everything is so immaculately cherry-picked and placed), organised trip to Bumla Passa - all surpassed expectations. Clean, well-maintained spaces added to the overall comfort. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay/dining experience was commendable. Special kudos to Ron and the team for their outstanding hosting. The food quality is absolutely world-class. Our stay/dining here added immensely to our trip, making it unforgettable.
