Timilo Boutique at SATTE 2026 – New Delhi
A few glimpses from our time at SATTE 2026, South Asia’s leading travel and tourism exhibition held at the Yashobhoomi International Convention Centre, New Delhi.
As part of the Arunachal Pradesh Tourism pavilion, the event provided an excellent platform to promote the unique travel experiences of Tawang and Arunachal Pradesh to a wider national and international audience.
During the exhibition, we had the opportunity to interact with tourism stakeholders and dignitaries, including Hon’ble Tourism Minister Shri Pasang Dorjee Sona, and engage in discussions on the growing tourism potential of Arunachal Pradesh.
With over 45,000 visitors from more than 50 countries, SATTE continues to be an important platform for connecting with the global travel community.

TIMILO – Where Handcrafted Luxury Meets Nature's Embrace
In the enchanting tapestry of tribal societies, there exists a unique and sacred tradition that transcends time – the presence of a "Phu." In the Monpa language, these sacred groves are revered as the dwelling places of local deities and are considered the holiest spots in their respective villages.
Nestled in the heart of one such village lies the cherished "Timi-Phu," a sanctuary of spiritual significance. This sacred grove, located just below our property, has inspired our name and purpose.
The moniker "Timilo" gracefully takes its form from the rich Monpa culture, where "Timi-Phu" means the grove, and "Lo" signifies the sloping terrain. In essence, "Timilo" translates to the slope above the Timi-Phu, embodying the very essence of our locale.
